prosolis a15d67e210 web: the muted text that was never muted, and the stylesheet fetched every time
Every text-[color:var(--ink)]/50, border-[color:var(--ink)]/10 and
bg-[color:var(--ink)]/5 in the templates compiled to nothing. Tailwind v3
cannot put an opacity on an arbitrary var() colour, so all 538 of them were
dropped from output.css without a word. Meta text rendered at full ink, card
borders fell back to Tailwind's default grey (bright white rings at night),
and the washes, backdrops and hover pills simply weren't there, on the news
site, the casino and the adventure pages alike.

The palette is now written once per phase and casino room as bare rgb
channels (--ink-rgb and friends), the plain vars are built from them, and
tailwind.config.js exposes ink, muted, accent, warn and card as real colours.
The classes are text-ink/80, border-ink/10, bg-accent/20 now, and they compile.

Restoring the intended opacities as-is would have traded flat for illegible:
ink at 50% measures 2.7 to 2.9:1 on the lit phases. So secondary text gets
its own colour, --muted, per phase and per casino room, taken as faint as it
can go while still clearing 4.5:1 on both the card and the page. Everything
that was ink at 35 to 70% is text-muted. The 20-30% ones are separators and
empty-cell dashes and stay faint.

The bg-theme-* chips carry white text everywhere they appear, and eight of
them measured 2.5 to 3.2:1. Same hues, taken just dark enough to pass (4.6 to
4.7:1). eu, lego and adventure already passed and are unchanged, and the
underline and border colours keep the old pastels since they carry no text.

Static files came out of the embedded FS with no Last-Modified, no ETag and
no Cache-Control, so every page view downloaded the stylesheet and every
script in full, and the service worker's "cheap 304" never happened. Each
file is hashed once now. Templates link through {{asset}}, which appends
?v=<hash>; a request naming the current hash is served immutable for a year,
and everything else gets the hash as its ETag and revalidates to a 304. The
service worker serves versioned URLs cache-first, drops older versions of the
same file as new ones land, and moves to cache v6.

prosolis 91d25e9da1 adventure: stop dropping dispatches Pete has no words for
An event_type with no template was a 400 at ingest. That reads like caution
and behaves like deletion: gogobee retries a 400 to its cap and then parks the
row forever, so rejecting a type Pete hadn't learned to phrase didn't defer the
event, it destroyed it.

companion_hire went that way. It has been emitted from `!expedition hire` since
the combat-engine work landed and has never once reached the site — the game
logged a successful emit every time, and the queue row simply never sent. The
mitigation on the books was "always deploy Pete first", which is a thing a
person has to remember rather than a property of the system.

So invert it. An unknown type now warns, gets counted, and publishes on a
neutral fallback. 400 is kept for facts that are actually invalid: no guid, or
a name that failed the fact-guard. gogobee can ship a new event type any day of
the week now; the worst case is a thin card until Pete learns the words.

It is thinner than it sounds in practice. gogobee authors dispatch prose from
the fact's fields with no per-type switch, so an unrecognised type still
arrives with a real headline and lede and is allowed to use them. The fallback
only shows through when the model is off or the prose-guard refused the output.

Untemplated types never post live to Matrix, whatever tier they claim. A thin
card among cards is cheap and reversible; pinging everyone in the room with a
dispatch Pete couldn't phrase is neither. The daily digest still carries it,
one line among many, which is the right volume for something we don't
understand yet.

And give companion_hire its template. Pete is the one being hired, so it is
first-person like his duels — third-person Pete filling in as a cleric reads as
somebody else reporting on him.

The admin status page grows a "dispatches with no template" panel, so the next
one of these is a to-do list Pete can see rather than an archaeology dig.

prosolis 77581ac152 Make source-health page public with a trimmed reader view
/status was admin-only (404 for everyone else). Serve it to all: a
reader view with per-feed live/idle/delayed status and last-update time,
while admins additionally get poll cadence, item/story counts, paywall
rates, posting times, and raw fetch errors. Error strings are stripped
server-side for non-admins so feed-specific workarounds and upstream URLs
never reach the public payload. Nav status link now shows for everyone.

prosolis 71f7050f41 Add personalization, outbound feeds, and PWA/push to the web UI
A multi-session build turning Pete's read-only web UI into something people
return to. Five phases, signed-in features keyed off the OIDC subject; anonymous
visitors keep the reverse-chron feed and localStorage-only state.

Phase 1 — per-user read + bookmark state: user_story_state table +
storage/userstate.go; auth-gated /api/read, /api/bookmark, /api/state and a
/bookmarks page; reader.js syncs state server-side for signed-in users. Also
hides the Matrix-posting UI when posting.enabled=false (web-only mode).

Phase 2 — outbound feeds: storage.ListForFeed + web/feed.go hand-build RSS 2.0
(content:encoded) and JSON Feed 1.1 (no new dep); /feed.xml, /feed.json and
per-channel variants; <link rel=alternate> discovery tags.

Phase 3 — "For you" + related: storage/rank.go scores recent unread candidates
by channel/source affinity + recency decay; RelatedStories via FTS5. ForYou rail
+ /for-you page; public /api/related feeds the reader's "You might also like".

Phase 4 — source-health dashboard: source_health table + storage/sourcehealth.go
(RecordPollResult, ListSourceHealth, SourceContentStats), written by the poller;
admin-gated /status page behind web.admin_subs.

Phase 5 — PWA + offline reader + Web Push: root-scoped manifest.webmanifest and
sw.js (app-shell precache, /api/article runtime cache for offline reading,
offline fallback, push/notificationclick handlers); PNG icons from pete.avif;
pwa.js registers the SW and drives a notifications toggle. Web Push adds
webpush-go, a [web.push] config block (pete -genvapid mints VAPID keys), a
push_subscriptions table, auth-gated subscribe/unsubscribe endpoints, and a
digest sender that pings each subscriber "N new stories" past their watermark,
honoring disabled-sources and pruning gone endpoints.

Tests added beside each new storage/web file; go test ./... and go vet clean.
