[Bug]: Navigating Wiki to a subcategory results in a 404 #1

What happened?

I selected a navigation category from the left menu (e.g. Wiki.js); then I selected another navigation category from the left menu (e.g. GitTea). The result is the attached screenshot.

If I go back from the first navigated category to the main level, and select another category, it works as expected.

What did you expect to happen?

Correct navigation using the left meny independent of where I am in the tree.

Steps to reproduce

Select a navigation category from the left menu (e.g. Wiki.js);
Select another navigation category from the left menu (e.g. GitTea).

@tcurtiss this is fixed, could you confirm and close it?

Cause: the wiki sidebar links were saved as relative paths (services/gitea instead of /services/gitea). From the top level that happens to resolve correctly, but from inside a section the browser stacks the path onto the current one, which is how /services/wiki led to /services/services/gitea.

Fix: all 23 page links in the sidebar now start with /, so every link resolves the same way no matter which page you are on. Nothing else in the navigation changed. You may need one hard refresh if your browser cached the old sidebar.
