What problem would this solve?

I created a Tote and populated it with some Trading Cards (Pokémon).

I then created a Pokémon-specific card case inside my Tote.

I want to be able to move items from Totes into this Card Case. I don't seem to have a way to do that via UI, unless I reupload photographs.

What would you like to see?

Ability to move contents of a Tote to a Card Case contained within that Tote, or perhaps even a different Tote's Card Case.

Drag and drop would be killer.

Anything you have tried or considered?

No response

Which part of Ditto?

Totes and organization

Fixed; it goes live with the next deploy, and I will assign this back to you to confirm once it is.

Moving an item into a case was possible, but well hidden: the Move dialog only listed totes, and a tote's cases appeared in a second dropdown after you clicked that tote. Now every case is listed directly under its tote in the Move dialog, so you can pick your Pokemon case (in the same tote or a different one) in one step, and the dialog says where the item will land before you confirm. The button is now labelled "Move to tote or case...". You can reach it per item (next to the item's location in the detail panel) or for several items at once (select them, then Move on the selection bar).

Drag and drop is not in this change; it is a bigger piece of work we may come back to.

@tcurtiss this is now live in Ditto v0.13.40. Could you give it a try and close the issue if it works for you (or tell us what is still off)?
