I've uploaded separate images of the front and back of a book. When I look at the contents of my tote, this book is listed twice with two separate sets of information about it. I want to merge these.
The easiest way for me intuitively to do this would be to be able to drag the photo from the Tote inventory listing into the Specimen panel on the right side where it says "Add Photo" (i.e. for photos of the back, spine, and other angles of a primary object image). Then, I would delete the entry which was just the back of the book, since the entire book is now encapsulated in a single entry.
This might not be a common use case since the "add photos" option is already inside each Specimen, which wasn't the case when I initially populated these totes. But I'm not sure.
What would you like to see?
Drag images from Tote inventory into Specimen Panel to add them as additional photos for one object.
Anything you have tried or considered?
Perhaps a master contact sheet view of all photos in inventory could be used for this too? Not sure if that's really useful or practical though.
