Wine bottles have another few properties in addition to their condition (i.e. Mint, Near Mint, etc.) -- sometimes bottles are old and have lost some of their contents; or, a bottle has been opened or consumed.
Condition: Mint, Near Mint, etc. only apply to UNOPENED bottles. This is all correct.
However, once a bottle is OPENED, we should be able to mark it as [fully] consumed / drank, and it should be removed from inventory (or moved to an archived state, ideally).
If the bottle has LOST CONTENTS (i.e. to evaporation over time; this happens with older vintages), then there are additional designations typically put into a "Level" field -- "Base of Neck", "Very Top Shoulder", "Top Shoulder", "High Shoulder", "Mid Shoulder", "Low Shoulder", "Below Shoulder". This is a rarely used field, so alternatively, it would be fine to tell the user to put this in the "Notes" field instead.

A few more parameters specific to wine for their schema, if it's not going to break other things

@tcurtiss thanks for this one. Before building it, we would like your pick on how far to take it.
Fill level (Base of Neck, Very Top Shoulder, Top Shoulder, High Shoulder, Mid Shoulder, Low Shoulder, Below Shoulder): easy to add as an optional row on the wine fields, shown only when set. We plan to do this either way unless you would rather keep it in Notes.
Opened / consumed, three options:
"Drank it" moves the bottle to the trash. Quickest. The bottle leaves your inventory and totals. Downside: the trash is for things you threw away, not a record of bottles you enjoyed, and it can be emptied.
"Drank it" moves the bottle to the trash with its own "consumed" reason, and Ditto never empties those. Small step up from 1: your consumed bottles stay recoverable and you can see what you drank and when, but they still live in the trash view rather than a proper cellar history.
A separate "Consumed" state. The bottle stays in Ditto as history (when you opened it, optional tasting note) but drops out of your active inventory, values, exports and customs/insurance paperwork. Best experience, but the most work, since every list and total has to know about it.
There is also an "Opened" question: do you want to mark a bottle as opened but not finished (it stays in inventory, but its condition grades no longer apply), or is going straight from unopened to consumed enough?
Which would you prefer?
