Tailwind is now compiled from static/css/input.css into a committed static/css/tailwind.css by the standalone CLI, fetched on demand into bin/ (gitignored) so no Node toolchain is required. layout.templ loads the local stylesheet instead of cdn.tailwindcss.com.
